A healthy body will help you to maintain a healthy mind. The body and mind are interconnected, they are one.


It’s difficult to have peace in life when your body is not healthy and strong. Maintaining a healthy, strong body is important when living a peaceful lifestyle.


What you put in your body and how you exercise your body affects the overall health and condition of your body.  The foods you eat, as well as the liquids that you drink, all affects the health of your body.  The physical exercise you do daily or don’t do affects the condition of your organs, bones and the strength or weakness of your muscles. 


Stress in mind and body is the opposite of peace in mind and body. Living a stressful, unbalanced life breaks down the immune system and will cause you to not have peace in body.


The body requires rest and relaxation.


Depriving yourself of a good night’s sleep causes stress on both the mind and body. Not taking time out for yourself to sit quietly and rest your body and clear your mind could also cause stress.  


You Own Your Body.  It’s Your Responsibility to Take Care of It.
Your body is your temple. It’s your personal transportation. It carries you wherever you go. You are responsible for caring for your body. Body care is a daily priority. It’s not a once a week or every other day responsibility. It does not matter if you are a young adult, middle age adult or a senior, it's up to you to take care of yourself and create peace in body.


There is no peace in a weak, sickly body.


Peace in Body comes from within. You have to make a conscious decision to maintain peace in your body.  You are either caring for your body or destroying your body unconsciously. Think about your day to day habits.


Do you consciously take care of your body? Do you make a conscious decision to exercise your body daily? Do you nourish it with what it needs to be healthy and strong? Or, are you like the majority of people who destroys their bodies daily by the lack of a healthy diet and the lack of an exercise and rest routine? Answer these questions honestly then analyze the condition of your body. The true answers are reflected in the current condition of your health.
